Doing the Bard justice.
For well over 10 years a group of immensely creative and talented individuals at Palio in Saratoga Springs supported the Saratoga Shakespeare Company with a range of promotional ideas and marketing support. Notably, this work included the design of the performance posters. I am personally very proud to have played my part in this work. It stands the test of time, just like the Bard himself.
The work matured in sophistication, execution and impact over the years. The team was delighted when we received recognition for our efforts in the form of a call from famed designers Mirko Ilicć and Steven Heller requesting some samples of our work for inclusion in their book Presenting Shakespeare: 1,100 Posters from Around the World. An incredible honor for all the talented people who touched this work.
